Coles Synergy Scan Story Builder Training

A virtual instructor-led training on the Story Builder capability available to suppliers subscribing to the Coles Scan Gateway.

Description

The course is 90 minutes in duration and covers the following topics:

Coles Synergy Scan overview
What are Reports, Stories, and Desks, and what is the relationship between each of them?
Library navigation, including Library sectioning (Reports, Stories, Objects) and the use of search filters
Creating static Custom Aggregate objects using the product dimension
Utilising Dynamic Selection within a report (ie - 'Descendants at Level')
The basic functions of the Export feature

The PDF handout of the presentation deck also contains one take-home exercise, which covers the following topics:

The use of the More button within a report (Personalisation, Find/Replace, Link Dimensions, etc)

These outcomes are achieved by focusing on the two most popular Scan reports within Coles Synergy:

'How were my weekly sales affected by price and distribution in Supermarket/Liquor/Express stores?'; Lens Chart-type report
'Product level export (Unit)'; Grid-type report

Prerequisites

Please note that prior to attending a story builder training, individuals need to have completed the Coles Synergy Scan Gateway eLearning program.

Training will be offered to licence holders only; please note that the sharing of licences is prohibited. Licences can be transferred from one name to another by our Data Agency team.
